Susquehanna Station hosted its 5th Annual United Way Sporting and Trap Shoot held on Friday, September 22, 2023, and raised $12,705 for the Berwick Area United Way. Electrical Maintenance Superintendent and Trap Shoot Chairman Joey Alba coordinated the team who led the event at White Tail Preserve in Bloomsburg, Pa.

“I had an awesome time with great friends, coworkers, and corporate partners. Together we raised more than ever before, reaching $12,705 for the Berwick United Way,” said Joey (who’s photo is above). “I would like to thank each and every one of you for making this such a successful event.” “Not only did SSES I&C Tech Tom Brooks photograph the event from start to finish, the link below will take you to his website if you’re interested in viewing and potentially purchasing any photo,” said Joey.

Below are just a few folks we should personally thank for donations and support. Also, thanks to all who volunteered and took time out of busy schedules to help out—special thanks to those who donated exceptional raffle prizes.
